The Development
From digital design to real-world experience
ALISA was developed step by step, with the spatial concept continuously evaluated, refined and brought to life throughout the design process. Digital tools, scale models and full-scale mock-ups make it possible to experience and optimize the concept from different perspectives, from the initial spatial studies to the realization at full scale.
VR & Working Model
Experience spaces before they are built.
Virtual Reality was used throughout the design process to evaluate spatial proportions and usage scenarios at an early stage. This made it possible to directly experience, assess and systematically refine different design concepts before moving into physical development.

1:10 Scale Model
Making the concept tangible.
The 1:10 scale model makes the vehicle and interior concept physically tangible for the first time. It helps illustrate proportions, design elements and spatial relationships and will be presented as part of the ALISA exhibition at InnoTrans 2026.

Full-Scale Mock-Up
From model to real space.
Three ALISA modules are currently being built as walk-in, full-scale mock-ups for presentation at InnoTrans 2026. This makes the developed spaces and interior concepts tangible and experienceable at their actual scale for the first time.
